The way we communicate with others greatly affects the impact of our leadership for better or worse. Effective leaders know how to help others become invested in the organization and its goals through building trust, providing clear and consistent directions, and offering meaningful praise and constructive feedback. Students will leave this session with the skills necessary to successfully communicate with their band members. Hosted by Beth Shackelford, Head clinician of Smith Walbridge's Leadership Clinic.
