College Drum Major Network - Responsibilities and Experiences of College Drum Majors

Calling all current or prospective college drum majors! This session will share unique perspectives of our SWC Staff who are serving, or who have served, as a collegiate drum major or student leader. The panel will discuss personal leadership challenges and successes. It will explore how each has learned from these experiences, and how social and emotional growth has impacted their ability to lead and perform at the collegiate level.
